We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sherpa Learning resources. If you need to return an item, we are here to help.
Eligibility & Timeframe
- Condition: Items must be unused and in salable condition (no bent covers, markings, or wear).
- Window: Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the original order date.
- Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Options You may choose between two refund methods:
- Store Credit (Recommended): Receive the full value of the returned items as credit toward a future Sherpa Learning purchase.
- Refund to Original Payment Method: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received damaged items or if we made a mistake with your order, please let us know immediately! We will replace the items at no cost to you.
