Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or class sets?

Yes. We understand that schools must be cost-conscious. We offer tiered pricing for class sets and district-wide adoptions.

 What are your shipping fees?

How quickly will my order ship?

Fast. Because we are a responsive, independent business, we don't have the bureaucratic delays of large publishers.

 I need to get Sherpa Learning set up as a vendor. Who do I talk to?

Please let us know if your district requires specific documents—such as a W-9, a Sole Source Letter, or a specific vendor application form—and our team will provide them immediately.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Only if you are located in New Jersey.

As an independent business based in West Milford, NJ, we are required to collect sales tax on orders where the billing address is within New Jersey.

  • Tax-Exempt Schools & Organizations: If you have tax-exempt status in New Jersey, please email your exemption certificate to hello@sherpalearning.com so we can ensure your order is processed tax-free.
  • Automatic Calculation: For all other orders with a New Jersey billing address, tax will be automatically applied at checkout.

Can I preview the materials before purchasing?
