2015 NJCHE Annual Conference at Princeton University

Princeton, NJ — For the second year in a row, Sherpa Learning (www.sherpalearning.com) was honored to be a primary exhibitor at the New Jersey Council for History Education annual conference. Sherpa Learning, as well as several other vendors, chatted with conference attendees in the Wilson Library of the Prospect House of Princeton University. The staff of Sherpa was on hand to answer questions about new products and chat with teachers and administrators about upcoming projects and new resources. Tony Maccarella, author of Mastering the Essay for AP European History and a member of NJCHE, was also on hand to discuss his new book. About three dozen teachers and administrators registered with Team Sherpa to serve as reviewers and beta-testers for AP U.S. History, AP European History, and AP World History resources.

The focus of this year’s conference was on "Tyranny and Freedom" with presentations by Eric Foner (Columbia University), Annette Gordon-Reed (Harvard University), and Stephen Kotkin (Princeton University).
